Features:
Abrasion-resistant ceramic piping with clipping and spot welding, in which the alumina ceramic patches are affixed on the inner wall of piping by strong high-temperature-resistant bond, uses spot welding technology to firmly weld the ceramic onto the inner wall of piping through the small hole meanwhile. A ceramic cap will be screwed to protect the welding point. The ceramic patches not only are clipped by each other but also form an angle of trapezia, which makes the patches combined tightly without gaps. When the last patch of a round is tightly embedded, a 360°mechanical self-lock force will come into being (this technique was used in the bridge construction project in China several centuries ago.). This technology is relatively complicated, and has long manufacture period and higher cost.
